The whole experience - from initial quote to the completion of work - was extremely professional. We got an initial quote and we decided to go ahead with the work based on the positive reviews. Once the work began, Alex and his team found out that the work was going to be larger than expected and thus also cost more than expected. We were given the option that point to find another contractor if we didn't accept the higher work estimate. We went ahead with the job anyway as we wanted all the electrical updated completely and done right. His team was great. Everyday, once they were done with the day, they would clean up so that the house was clean and livable. They were professional, courteous and really seemed to know what they were doing. The job was completed on time and we are very happy with the results! Perhaps I'm jaded, but it was such a refreshing change to encounter someone who is honest, punctual and professional! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work!

We got in touch with George Kent via Rona. The sales person came for a visit and gave us a quote. We went ahead with the job. It look a little while before they could install as it was busy season. However, we did appreciate that Maria from the head office kept in touch and provided updates. After the installation was complete, some of the windows were sealed with a different caulking (shiny vs. matte). After some emails and calls, the installers came back and fixed it. The installer said they had just used the wrong material. We appreciated that they fixed it. Overall, happy with the job and the service. We would use them again if we needed windows replaced.
