Back from a weekend skiing, it's super cold outside (-25) and guess what? The garage won't open and my car is trapped inside. It's Sunday afternoon... Uh oh. I jump on HomeStars (5 stars to them) and start calling down the Garage door list just praying someone is working. Three profiles in and no answers, just answering machines. Then I get Easy Access. I hang up after leaving a message and within a few minutes I get a call back. I explain the issue and they tell me they can have a guy (Tony) at my place in 35 minutes. Holy S#*T!!! Tony shows up and instantly identifies that BOTH of my springs snapped. Luckily he has the right parts in the truck. He snaps into action and in no time my garage is operational. Problem solved in under 2 hours from the time i called. Thanks Easy Access, you guy really are terrific! Peter

This guy is unbelievable. My friend (who found him on this site) contacted him to clean his trees and raved about him. (I'm pretty sure he's got a review in here somewhere). So, here's what happens. My wife decides to put on a garage sale the same day (figuring she'd be outside so why not kill two birds with one stone right) and they show up (on time) with a big team of guys, trucks, chippers, the works. Derek (I think that's his name) looks at me with disbelief in his eyes. But no problem. I shut down that sale in 10 minutes. They coned off an area in front of my house and put the chipper in it. They descend into my back yard and begin walking up the sides of the trees and within a very short time completed the work. They did an AWESOME job. They cleaned everything, cut all the larger pieces into firewood and neatly stacked it (because we asked), and left us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO CLEAN. The price was very fair, the guys were cool and professional, the work was exceptional. I can't remember the last time I was so impressed by the quality of a contractor. Way to go guys, you deserve this review.
