I had a complicated move, from a 1 bedroom and den walk-up penthouse apartment in Vancouver to a house in New Westminster. The suite was difficult to get to and had no elevator access. There were many stairs to the suite, a long passageway through a courtyard and then another couple flights of stairs before you were at street level. In addition, I had a high-end storage bed that needed disassembling and re-assembling as well as tons of glass furniture. In the end, any little issue that arose post-move, Mark from Action Movers ensured that it was resolved to beyond my satisfaction. The move was a success and careful attention was paid to wrap and move special items. The movers were professional, polite and friendly. Mark even let me borrow some moving boxes for free. Most importantly, I was made to feel like a very special client from beginning to end. Thanks guys!

I've used Sean Moss several times now as I buy/sell real estate on a continuous basis. It's important that I have a "go-to" Home Inspector who is reliable, excellent at what he does, accommodating to my deadlines and needs, and is not just good at what he does - but is able to COMMUNICATE his findings in an easy to understand and practical way. Too often I have found other home inspectors often don't know how to relay the information and findings on a property in a way that the layperson can understand and moreover, really explain which issues are absolutely a big problem that need to be repaired right away versus other issues which are simply pre-cautionary/optional but recommended. Each person has their own standard for how proactive they want to be in repairing/maintaining their property - and nobody is as good at putting a "real world" perspective on what needs to be done, than Sean Moss. That said... he is definitely thorough and has great attention to detail. He is also a younger guy than most of the home inspectors I've had - which means he is again, easier to communicate and relate to than some of the "old school" home inspectors who insist on "their way or the high way". Sean is flexible and accommodating and really understands CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will continue using Sean for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone. Whether you're a first-time home buyer, or an experienced real estate investor... Sean Moss does quality work on-time, and on-budget.
