Elizabeth and Maria were such a pleasure to deal with. From the initial interaction, to the measurement, to the installation and the follow-up, they really exemplified that they care deeply about their clients. Not to mention their pricing is more than fair given the quality of the Hunter Douglas blinds I received. Five stars all around and will be back for future blinds needs for sure!

Save yourself some trouble and do NOT ever do business with Dani and Mark. First of all, they gave me a higher than average quote, stating their quality is much higher than most manufacturers, then I was convinced because it's my own condo that I will be living in. Then they promised me the delivery time saying all my blinds would be ready in a week, when I called them in two weeks, all they said was "there was a delay in the manufacturer's part". Call them again in the 3rd week, got a response saying "it was delayed because of the long weekend" which was ridiculous because long weekend = 1 business day. Called and requested for a discount, never received a response till I threatened for a refund. They then told me the blinds are being made therefore the refund can not be returned. In the end, I got the blinds 4 weeks after paying the deposit. The installer then refused to accomondate my working schedule and insisted to come in during regular hours, had to take time off work to wait and the quality of the blinds was nothing special. The whole experience was extremely frustrating, only reason I chose them was because of an online deal voucher I purchased months ago. But seriously not worth the voucher and all the trouble I had to go through, because their quote is higher than many other places in the first place. In response to Condo Blinds's response: It is also unfortunate that the company is unwilling to admit their blinds were indeed 3 weeks delayed, and I have documents/emails to prove it. The initial discount was as small as $25, a mere 2% of the total price, showing how much they care to retain customers.

It's unfortunate that this client is dissatisfied as we always take the necessary steps to accommodate our customers. Although some of the above comments in the review are over-stretched, her order was indeed a week delayed. Nonetheless, we provided Sarah with a discount towards her purchase for this inconvenience.
