The gutters and downpipes on my house were over 30 years old so I needed to have them replaced soon. Of the several roofing companies that provided a quote, Greater Vancouver Gutters had the lowest and most reasonable pricing and was the only company who said I didn't need the soffits/fascia boards to be replaced because they were still in good condition. They were very patient with all my questions and I appreciate their honesty and feedback, which also save me from spending more money than I needed to. Although they don't normally do repairs, I was very pleased when they said they were able to install a new soffit ventilation strip for me since the existing one on one side of the house was worn out and starling birds have been nesting inside for the last several years. Now I don't have to clean up all the mess (poop, twigs etc.) the birds were creating anymore! Stephen, Darren and Mike were all professional and easy to deal with; overall, I'm quite happy with the job they did. Thank you!

Unfortunately, water was coming out of my smoke alarm after very heavy rainfall. After calling several roofing companies, I eventually found one that repaired metal roofs and that was GVRD Roofing. While my roof leak was a minor one, I appreciated that they tried their best to fix the problem as soon as they could considering how busy they were with other urgent projects. They came out the same day I called to assess the problem and the leak was quickly fixed 2 days later (luckily it wasn't raining during that period). All the staff I dealt with at GVRD Roofing were professional and courteous, and their pricing was reasonable. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends!

One of my garage doors was not working properly and since I was not happy nor impressed with my previous garage door company who had installed the doors, I decided to find someone else. Despite being 2 hours late (I realize these things can happen), Casp Garage Doors repaired the door and provided maintenance service on the other. Janne was very knowledgeable, looked over everything and made sure both doors were working properly. He took the time to explain the reasons what was wrong with the one door (incorrect installation of doors) and provided advice on how to prevent the doors from malfunctioning in the future. I'll be using them again if needed.

Jason came by a few weeks ago to clean the air ducts, which were pretty filthy as I'm sure previous owners never had the ducts cleaned (and I just had major renovations done). He did a thorough job of cleaning all the ducts (took him about 2 1/2 hours) and took the time to explain the cleaning process. Before he left he gave me some tips on maintaining the air filters for my furnace and more importantly, he swept the floor and cleaned up after himself, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Jason/Duct Dudes - he's prompt, professional and friendly; I won't hesitate to use them again in the future! Sorry for the late review.

I had a lot of junk to remove before moving out and decided to go with these guys and I'm glad I did. They were professional, personable and prompt and helping me get rid of all the garbage I had like wood, old furniture, sofas, steel and gardening stuff. Cost would have been cheaper if it weren't for the old heavy 200 lbs tv cabinet I had, which they tried to recycle for me but the transfer station took it as garbage; hence the extra cost to dump it. So I appreciate that they tried to save me money. I also appreciate that they donated my sofas and tiling tools which were still in very good condition. I would use them again if needed.
