Bought a nice white and black dovet cover set - took it to my office and showed my co-workers and found a yellow stain on the pillow! I took it back the same day and they staff were very haughty and wouldnt let me search for the stain, they kept looking themselves but couldnt find it; I insisted to let me show them where it was but they said I couldnt touch it! Eventually they found it and refunded my money with no apology or regret (there were no more in stock anymore). Went back a week later to buy a shower curtain, picked it up and realized it was stained! I dont know why they are reshevling dirty or used stuff.. but I will never go back to that location again!

I ordered blinds and shades for my whole house - the sales person who came to my house was really helpful, and the blinds took less than 2 weeks to come. The installation was very good as well - my only concern was the timing wasnt that quick and whenever I left any messages my calls were rarely returned, soI had to call a few times whenver I needed something. One of the tracks was messed up the day after installation and they offered to come back and fix it - which is great, but have still not verified a time with me. So all in all, good service, jsut a bit slow. Would defn deal with them again!

Went to the store - never asked for any discount, and immediately got $100 off the price - the salesperson then gave me another $40 off the delivery and it was delivered the same day! Was very impressed with price and service delivery! (The Brick Small Spaces @ Yonge/College)
