installation of high efficiency gas furnace, removal of oil furnace
Living in a century house, with all the space & structural limitations, and in the midst of a very cold weather season, our old oil furnace dies. We did have some insight into the possibility of such a predicament occurring this season, and had asked for a quote from HRH. However, hoping to postpone the inevitable expense, we did not place an order. During a weekend of -25degC winter storm, our chills & thermostat told us that our oil furnace was no longer in business. A weekend evening call to the HRH Heating & Cooling Inc. hotline was responded to within a very reasonable time frame, and with a reassuring tone that helped us relax amongst our layers of blankets and many lit candles. Even though we were amongst many who also had heat supply issues, in the midst of a many-day cold snap, HRH ordered, picked up and installed our new furnace in a very timely fashion. They ensured that ductwork was tweaked and improved fittings that we didn't even know were in need of attention. They billed according to quote, without adding any surcharge for the "emergency" situation. A father & son team, they communicated well with each other and with us- and included excellent followup services. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend using HRH Heating & Cooling Inc. for furnace replacement & installation!
