We found the crew both at the office and on site really pleasant to deal with. There was a wind storm shortly after the trees were trimmed and what a relief that they had been done. WE now feel safer in our house. We were not on site when work was done but neighbours said they were neat, tidy and polite. We found the price to be reasonable too, for removal of two trees, pruning of existing and stump grinding. Thx Nikki, Lorna and crew for doing a great job.

We are deliberating about whether to renovate a house or knock it down. Yuri assisted us with a partial plumbing inspection to see if the pipes underground are jammed with tree roots. Yuri arrived promptly, with camera and dowser, was super polite and went through all of the details in a very professional manner. In fact both John and Yuri were really kind, well informed, and pleasant to deal with. Regardless of what we do, we will hire ExpressRooter again, for sure.

David and his partner Lyle were very meticulous with their cleaning. We moved into our new home to find a stripes of adhesive left by previous owner as he had taped down all of his carpets. We had tried everything to get this out. Plus we suspect it might have been a while since carpets were done. Right now our carpets look beyond superb and all within quote. Thx for your diligent work guys!!

We called Rick to see about sanding and staining our upstairs to match what we have downstairs as we are selling our home. The previous owners sanded the floors but never got around to getting them stained and neither did we. Had this done while we away on hols' and we we returned, we were VERY pleasantly surprised. Not only does the upstairs look good, it is outstanding work and they match beautifully. Now we are wondering if we should move...(joke)! I would encourage you to try Rick and his staff. They are reliable, neat and tidy plus the end result will please you. Rick is very personable as well. Thank you and well done guys.

We recently had our house painted by Alex, Janice and staff and it sure has made a difference. Our house now looks sunny, bring and clean and when they were done, we could hardly tell that anyone had even been there as everything was put back to where it belonged. They were fast, efficient and cleaned as they went along. They even did touch ups on areas that we had not asked to be touched up and this was really thoughtful of them. WE would recommend them - hands down.
