I called de Taeye Designs and spoke with Shawn and Jon who agreed to visit my home and provide me with a quote on some basement leak repairs. They showed up on the same day which was greatly appreciated as I am trying to sell my home and needed quick action. I was very impressed with Shawn and Jon's demeanor and appreciated that time they took to explain what they could do for me and my family home. After doing some research on the company and reading the reviews below I decided to give the job to de Teaye. I was not disappointed by this decision. Shawn and Jon did a great job in communicating with me regarding when they could be at my home to start and complete the work. These times were honored which, I again, greatly appreciated as I am attempting to sell my home and needed the work to be completed in a single day. It is normal for contractors to take advantage of a person who needs and emergency level of service but I want to 'call-out' de Taeye did not do this to me or my family. Instead they were very accommodating to my needs and did not take advantage of my situation. Rather the opposite, I felt like I was being taken care of by someone who understood my position and wanted to help a fellow out. As a person who used to work in construction, in an Engineering capacity, I can report that I was very happy with the quality of work that was performed to repair the two foundation leaks in my home. The work is backed up by a Lifetime Transferable warranty. Lifetime does not mean 25 years.. its means for the life of the house in de Taeye's books. That's standing behind the quality of your work!
