He was supposed to install windows for my father so we gave him $2400 security deposit and it's all gone. I am really upset. I am sure once they finish in London, they will go to another town and do the same thing to other people. Probably change names. I believe they were called ESAD Painting and Renovations as well as European Quality Renovations before both went bankrupt. Don't pick the bottom of the bunch!

ESAD Started job but kept asking for advanced payments. Progress started slowing, when you confront him, he will stop working. He will demand more money prior to working. Unfortunately he already has your advanced payments in hand... Do not use him, above is in brief what had happened to me... He will ask for advance payments, work very slowly and when you give him a deadline or demand progress he will disappear with your money. Beware of Wilco. Use at own risk.
