It was such a pleasure dealing with Fireplace West from the start to the finish. Robin was so prompt with getting back to us and staying in great communication throughout the process. The finish product looks fantastic. The level of professionalism and care with the installation of our fireplace was exceptional. I was very pleased with how they ensured that the clean up afterwards was done right. There were two instances though that really stands out for us. The first was after the the BBQ gas on/off valve was installed, we asked if it could be moved slightly to be more out reach for our children. Robin said absolutely not a problem and then worked out in the pouring rain to do our request. The second was that while installing our gas fireplace Robin discovered a faulty exhaust pipe in our home that could have been very dangerous once we turned on our furnace for the winter had he not spotted and corrected for us. At all points Robin exceeded our expectations and we are happy to recommend Fireplace West to everyone we know because we believe they too will be completely pleased with the choice to go with this 5 star company!

You may have heard the saying "on time, on budget, of reasonable quality- choose any two". With Prorise, you get all three. Joseph's team was able to get in and do an excellent job, under my tight deadline, with no surprise costs. The finished product is outstanding, and it required a huge amount of prep-work. The previous owners had given the place a terrible paint job, with sloppy paint borders and painted over half-ripped-off wallpaper. It was just a mess, but you would never know it now thanks to Joseph and his team. I would easily recommend Prorise to anybody looking for quality painters.
