IBX came in and cleaned the carpet but after it dried it got discoloured and turned brown. They've been back since to fix the error but it's gotten worse since then. They should have dried the carpet immediately to ensure that there's no browning. It was a cream color and now I'm stuck with a brownish carpet. He tried to pass the blame on to me. It's still unresolved.
