In the summer of 2010, we had Aubrey Benson, project manager, come by and give us a quote. Later, Atlantic installed 2 new doors. After the installation, we noticed several problems with one of the doors: sill is made of 2 different coloured materials instead of 1, door handle in wrong colour, and hinges in wrong colour. In November 2011, we had Atlantic change the lock on one of our doors. We paid for 3 keys and did not receive all 3 keys. It was such an ordeal to get the 3 keys that we had paid for. In particular, our communications with their office lady Dale were unpleasant. Despite our letter to the owner dated November 2011, we have never heard from the owner himself. Overall, the communication from Atlantic has been terrible! Here we are in late summer of 2012 and most of the issues have not been resolved! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
