The water pump of my furnace had been running non stop and the sound had changed. I noticed a bit of water leaking from it and was concerned. I called Reliance on a Saturday morning and got same day service, within hours of my phone call to them. Paul ( 2060), my service advisor, determined that I needed a new water pump and a new pump was in place quickly, providing me piece of mind that the problem had been fixed. Thank you Paul!

Matt gave me excellent service. He was professional, left my place clean and neat, and explained how my new rental hot water tank would function, since it was slightly different that my previous one.
