Had the old basement carpet replaced as well as stairway leading to side door. The carpet in the basement is ok, the berber is not holding up well especially on the stairs. Its only been approx. 2 years. The vinyl job on the stairs and landing is the worst professional job I have ever seen. The installers left glue residue all over and its very hard to get off even to this day. We had to go extra vinyl also as the owner or owners son who measured did not calculate properly so not enough carpet was brought. Overall very unprofessional since new owners took over, will not use again.

We had an old oil furnace that desperately needed replacing. Called this company as I grew up in a different town and did not have any referrals. They were great all the way through, very knowledgable. The owner has since been back for our annual service maintenance and he's an old fashioned sort, easy to talk to and does a great job!
