My wife and I have been quite happy with the workmanship and quality of the windows and storm door that GEM Windows & Doors installed at our home in 1994. What continues to really impress us, however, is the fact that they stand behind their products and are willing to service them at a moment's notice. Just yesterday, they repaired broken latches in the window of our storm door cheerfully and without any charge. And the problem had been caused by us in the first place! Now that's pretty classy!
