Great company & people to deal with! We had GEM Windows & doors replace all new windows throughout our home. Got exactly what i paid for and delivered / installed on time. Several years later, we were having a new kitchen installed and one of the interior vinyl frames they previously installed needed to be replaced. They just asked which window, as they still had all the drawings on file! WOW! ! ! I received it in 48 hours! We are clients for life now!
