Al the Rep in the store saved us from ordering the wrong unit. The order was delivered in less than a week. The delivery itself was perfect. They took the broken unit away for a minimal fee. No fuss, no muss. I'll definitely keep them in mind when I need to replace another appliance.

Picardo Province came and quickly checked the unit. Replaced the air filter and replaced a failed electronic component. No fuss or muss. Picardo was very professional and friendly. Very satisfied with him and the service.

Sylvain did great. He delivered exactly what he quoted. He came when he said he would and was very pleasant and efficient. He finished by performing a detailed cleanup. The original eavestrough was over 35 years old and needed replacing. We had storm damage to the aluminum facia which he repaired as well. I would highly recommend him.

Robert Landry and his team did an outstanding job. Very professional and everyone was friendly and polite. Removed the old shingles, replaced some damaged sheeting (included in the quote), replaced the vents and installed missing ridge vents, 6 feet of Ice and Water covering around the eaves and valleys and the new Corning shingles. Protected and / or moved items from around the house before starting. Did a full clean up, took all the debris away and put everything back. Middle of the road on the quotes we got. We feel we got exceptional value for our money. Thanks Robert!
