Our daughter's bedroom ceiling had a fast spreading crack in the plaster ceiling, with another wall that was wiggly. The ceiling fell while Ronan was trying to take it down, so we had not time left nor any chance to 'fix it' - so was happy with the right recommendation to replace the entire thing. Ronan and assistant did a great job pulling it down, putting up sheet rock, mudding, sanding, priming, and painting the new ceiling / wall. (note - I need to put up quarter round to finish up the wood trim on the wall in the photo - Ronan left the corners in great shape.)He did a FABULOUS job of sealing the room from the rest of the house to make clean up minimal. He is dedicated to good clean work and is a pleasure to work with. We live in an old house, so we will likely need his services again. Highly recommended. Photo b4,during, after.

We required a retaining wall on one side and full fence on all 3 sides of property. We were approaching the end of the summer, with an unsecured north side of the property critically requiring a retaining wall and fence before the winter. Terry had provided an earlier quote, however our neighbour preferred a quote provided by an alternate contractor - who never started the work. 6 weeks later, I reached out to Terry again in the hopes he might have availability to take on our project, despite a difficult neighbour being involved. He managed the work exceptionally well with quality materials & installation and we are THRILLED with the end product. A couple of weeks ago, we mentioned to Terry a couple of cracks in the wood and he arrived promptly to fix and treat some of the other wood as well. His crew was fast, professional, responsive and delivered an excellent end result. A sincere thank you to Terry & Team for saving our property with his work. We plan on reaching out again in the spring for a pergola.

Installed a backwater valve with access to the city pipe and a separate access to the house. Prevented a serious sewer back up to the basement quickly and efficiently ON boxing day. Quick response, care to walls and floors with his equipment, cleaned up after digging, explained our options and did an overall great job. Fixed / advised on a couple of other minor non-related plumbing issues while he was here. thank you!!

Gilson's work is impressive. He replaced a rickety old short banister with one that is beautiful, sturdy, and exactly what I asked for. He installed our baseboards and did amazing work around the corners and tricky areas. The shelving he installed in the sloped roof areas of our attic space were perfect. He was punctual, polite, unobtrusive and cleaned up after himself. He cares about his work and about making sure we had what we wanted before he left. I would highly recommend him and will keep his contact info close by for the next job we require carpentry skills. Thanks Gilson!
