Called Sears for a service call for ny washer, it is still on warranty. They schedule an appointement 11 days later, even if I had clothes in the washer with water, could not open the door. The service man said he needed to order two parts. A new appointment was set for a week later. They called the day before the appointment to confirm and the following day they cancelled and rescedule for the following week. He showed up and changed the parts to find out that those weren't what was wrong. He said that he would be back the next day around 3. He never showed up nor did he call. I called and they said that the service man should not have said he was going to be back the next day as it takes 24hours from the time the parts has been ordered for it to show up. I asked to talk to a supervisor because I said I needed to talk to someone who cared. The person refused to transfer me to a supervisor. But he ended up scheduling an appointment for the next day, The new guy showed up with the same two parts that the previous guy changed. So he left and after a month of this I still don't have a washer that works. Really poor service department.
