We had Basetech waterproof our foundation in 2019. It was an exterior job along 2 walls, including 4 window wells. We worked with Tony. Initially, service and communication was good and we were happy. They came back a year later to help resolve some water that was still coming in the area from an improperly sealed window. Our property was dry for a while. More recently we are experiencing water issues again. We called Tony, texted, sent pictures. we heard back from him once and said her would come back. He didnt. We filed an home insurance claim and after opening our basement walls and flooring, it was determined that water is coming in through the foundation through a crack in an area that was waterproofed by Basetech. We called Tony again, left messages, sent another text and have heard nothing back. This was mid-June 2023 and it is now 3-4 weeks later and we have still not heard back. We are highly disappointed as we trusted them and they told us their work was guaranteed. We understand if they are busy, but the total lack of communication is disappointing. We now need to bring in another company to fix the issue.

Our balconies were not built/graded properly and water was leaking into the house. Our contractor recommended Archie from Sobol to enclose the space with floor to ceiling windows instead of tearing it down/rebuilding it. Archie inspected the area, provided us with suggestions and a quote. He installed both balcony enclosures, put flashing around the area to prevent water seepage, sealed the rest of our windows, and provided suggestions on how to prevent water seepage into our house. The service provided was friendly and accommodating and we are happy with our indoor/outdoor spaces.

Val is great - we have used him multiple times before for various yhubgs, including replacing a Garbo eat or, fixing leaky toilets and pipes, and now unclogging a shower drain. Fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

Alex and Mario did a fantastic job taking down our old fence and rebuilding ~40ft of 6ft high fence. We were initially concerned about our neighbour's concrete and our new patio stones being wrecked, but they were very careful with their removal/installation process. For no extra charge, they also helped fix our existing gates and cleaned up after the project was done. The fence took about 3 days to complete due to rainy weather (they still worked in the rain though). They were very friendly, professional, and made sure we were happy throughout the process. There were a few initial delays where communication could be a bit better, however, the service we received more than made up for our initial reservations. Thank-you Alex and Mario. We appreciate your attention to detail, craftsmanship, and service.

A few months ago, we called Valentin to fix our toilets - they started working as soon as he got here, but he provided some advice and did not charge him. We appreciated his professionalism. As a result, we called him again when our garburator broke down. Valentin was very quick to respond, professional, and helpful with his explanations. He diagnosed the problem, purchased the replacement unit from the local home store for us, and completed the work within 2 hours. Would highly recommend him and call him again for future problems.
