We hired Ecolink in Richmond to apply a waterproof membrane on our deck in last year. The product was defective and peel off within 10 months. The owners David Smith and Don Roy would not honor the 10 year warranty. We had to hire a another company to reapply a new product. This is not a reputable company.

We had Ecolink apply thier product to my deck which was supposed to be waterproof,. After one year the product started to lift off and crack, therefore my deck was no longer waterproof. The company does not stand behind their product as promised, They can not be reached once you phone to tell them your problem. I would highly not recommend this company.
