I've waited a year to write this review, because I always want to test out a product or service before I pronounce my verdict. A year later, I can confirm that I'm very happy with our new roof. It looks good, we have had no problems with leaking (which is why we contacted The Cutting Edge to begin with), and the quality of the shingles is excellent. In fact, when we had someone come to the house to clean our gutters, he remarked that we had an excellent roof with great workmanship, and asked for The Cutting Edge's contact information so he could pass it on to his own clients! We have gone on to recommend The Cutting Edge to two friends, we were so pleased with the job. They completed the whole project swiftly, and even worked on a weekend to get the job done. They were also very clean and tidy and didn't leave any debris (and only a small handful of roofing nails scattered on our property, which would be unavoidable). Also, I can't say enough about Robert. We are notoriously picky people but he came by our house on at least 3 different occasions to go drop off shingle options, so we could hold them up to our brickwork to determine the best shade. He was also the only one of 4 companies we consulted to go on the roof to check things out for himself. Very professional, excellent service! Janice in Toronto

I cannot recommend Akram more highly. I put off writing this review for several months because I wanted to know, with utter certainty, that the pests that had plagued us were gone. Well, it's now been three months and we have been absolutely bed bug free. What I appreciated most about Akram was his thoroughness, and his concern for my baby and toddler's safety. Other companies we'd consulted wanted to spray down the whole house. Akram, however, only sprayed the two areas where he discovered the bugs (master bedroom and luggage storeroom in basement), thereby limiting the amount of chemicals my family would be exposed to. He then steam-cleaned anything else he considered a potential hazard. I also cannot say enough about how thorough he was -- he spent two days at our home, and disassembled our bed in its entirety before discovering ONE SINGLE egg (which, by the way, he found by scent -- almost as quickly as the bed bug sniffing dog we'd used from another company the day before). I highly, highly recommend Pest Solution Services, and if I could give it a higher rating than 10 -- I certainly would.
