They have sales staff who make commitment without knowing if items will be delivered on time or not. We made a purchase a year ago and still at time of delivery our expensive fridge not delivered. Still chasing them and no clear answer when it will be available. Not sure how they work.

Our shipping department conducts courtesy calls to every customer who places an order with Tasco. These courtesy calls allows the customer the opportunity to advise us on when they would like their products delivered and helps us to ensure that the product will be delivered on time. We ask that the customer provides us with 4 weeks notice of when they would like the product delivered and 6-8 weeks notice for special orders. We are sorry that your experience was not a good one. We hope that it doesn't sway you from shopping with us in the future.
