Mike and his partner came on time and did a great job. I can't believe the difference in our house. I didn't realize that it didn't smell fresh before but it surely does now. We are allergic to house dust mites so I'm sure we will find a big difference. They were professional in every way.

I was waiting for months from another service to have someone come and repair a faucet, then it became two faucets. I called Herb's and left a message (evening) stating it was not an emergency but I would like some help. I got a call back just before 8 am saying someone could come that very morning. They called before coming as I requested. Two professionals arrived and within a half hour both faucets were fixed and have worked beautifully ever since. Amazing service, thank you!

Our rental water heater was failing to keep up with demand. The call back was very fast, and the courteous efficient workers came the next day and replaced it with a new tank. Couldn't ask for more. Only thing I would change is I wish they had told us they had to leave the cardboard packing behind.

We were really impressed with the new window, the workmanship and the courtesy shown by the owner and the installers. Thanks for a great job. (I couldn't answer the question about referring to my mother as she has gone to heaven, but if there are windows there she would like this company :-)
