We bought at Save and Replay an antenna that we installed outdoors ourselves. We get 23 channels, but the reception in not stable and there are times when we lose most of the Buffalo channels. My husband called Save and Replay to ask if we needed a different antenna . He was told the antenna was OK, but it needed to be installed higher than the second floor. When my husband said that he would go with the professional installation, but needed some guarantee that it would work, he was insulted and treated rudely. Their attitude is unacceptable to say the least.
