We have a very simply straight forward semi detatched home. My neighbour and I decided it was smart to get our roofs done together. After three estimates we settled on Kevin Welsh, Owner and Operator, to do the job. I didn't have as much to do with finding him, as my neighbour did all of this part of the searching. However, upon meeting Kevin I found him to be polite, knowledgable, resectful and honest. His guys worked hard dispite the heat. Due to the simplicity of our homes Kevin was in and out in a few hours. Tidy up was good. and I'm pleased with the roof. It's amazing what a new roof can do tothe look of a home! I would most definately recommend Kevin Welsh. Infact I have already to a neighbour across the street!

Ryan was great. Listened well asking informed questions and offered alternative solutions to problems. Always prompt and kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. Very friendly. I would recommend him to women living alone.... this is a respectful man. HONEST. His workmanship has been complimented by other people in the trade!!!! My walls are straight! He takes pride in his work and knows it is the best business card he can leave. I did my own painting to keep cost down. His price was reasonable and within the range of other estimate. He didn't drink on the job or do other types of things. I will be hiring him again to do other jobs. My basement had no walls, half of an old ceiling and the outer walls drywall was makeshift and very poorly done. Ryan came in and took out only what was neccessary. He had to build walls, doorways, put in more power and light outlets. Frame a window, build a storage unit and block off stairs after having riped out a whole bunch of useless storage shelves. Lighting and ceiling. The electricals in my basement was a mess. Now I have a basement to be proud of. Thank you Ryan!!!!!!
