Hamandeep provided great info about various options I had, and put together a very economical package for washer/dryer and dishwasher. He also was true to his word and scheduled an early delivery, which was necessary because of limited parking around my building. I could track the delivery progress online, they called me prior to arriving and made the drop off efficient and quick.

This company were the second to respond to my request late at night, and the first to reply for a booking. Love came to our condo, was respectful and efficient in his work. He took pictures to show the results and was done cleaning out our ducts and laundry trap within an hour. Great ease of doing business. Manager followed up immediately to make sure I was happy with the job.

I found William and ACI right here on Homestars. He was the second architect I spoke with about designing an accessory office/studio in our backyard. William listened very closely to what I was envisioning in that first round of communications and suggested a reasonable way forward. His design was much more creative and elegant than I had imagined, and also far more functional. William clearly puts his heart into his work and cares deeply. Beyond the wonderful design, he handled the permit process for us, and has continued to help me out as lately as this past week as I've run into issues with my contractor. Couldn't recommend ACI more highly.

I wanted to improve my desolate front yard, which was a mess because a large tree prevented anything from growing in the soil, ie: grass. Jude provided me with a good design for what I needed, and worked with me to make it affordable. She was very easy to communicate with. Her lead onsite man Jimmy and team took their time and thoughtfully did the work. All the stone laying for the retaining wall and flagstone path are done immaculately. It has transformed the front of my house. Curbz was the most economical of the quotes I was given, and I was a bit concerned that would be apparent in the end. It is not. I’m very happy with the outcome and am relieved I made the right choice in going with them.

I worked with Mark Yakut to choose my entire range of home appliances for my new home. I had very limiting measurements and he found effective solutions. His costumer service was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. I'd work with him again.

I had to move homes very quickly and lacked the time to pack and prep properly. Arby allayed my stress immediately, and even worked to be flexible with my shifting move dates. I chose to get them to pack my entire apartment and it was money well-spent. Buying/selling/renovating homes is stressful, and Arby understands this. His men were relaxed, funny, professional and efficient. The packing and move went very smoothly. Not one item was damaged. In fact, I realized a couple days prior to moving that my new house wasn't ready for my stuff yet. Arby effortlessly accommodated this change in plans. My reno has gone WAAAY over budget, so I decided to rent a U Haul and do the final move from their storage myself. Arby met me at the storage centre himself, on a Saturday. When he saw that the rental truck may not be big enough, he took an hour and a half out of his day to organize the truck packing without pay. This level of caring is almost non-existent these days. I'm so grateful and impressed, and will always use this company.

Lee was prompt, polite, chilled, smart, funny and thoroughly professional. He gave a quote that basically stayed consistent throughout the installation. As opposed to another kitchen installer that ranks highly on this site, he recognized the quality of the design I came up with, helped perfect it, and didn't try repeatedly to change it so he could charge an extra 600 dollars for design time on his "superior" design program. Yes, the Ikea design app is flawed, but Lee effectively troubleshot any extra pieces that were needed to fulfill the design. I only had to make one extra trip to Ikea for 3 little bits of hardware when Lee realized he could actually optimize one cabinet by making me a whole extra shelf! The only reason I won't give a perfect score is because it didn't occur to him to widen the fridge cabinet, so that I could inset the fridge, flush with everything else, and not stick out (a key element of my sleek white design). I only realized later with my handyman how easy an adjustment that is and HE did it for me instead. Having said that, I would hire Lee again in a heartbeat. And I would never hire the previously mentioned other installer, who hales from a certain Eastern European country. One more thing- Lee recommended a great countertop person, who gave a reasonable deal on a very expensive material.
