We have had no AC for nearly a week - in this extreme heat wave! The receptionist said they tried to call us but our phone # had changed, however, we have lived in our home for over 20 years but they did not mail us any notifications. When asked why they hadn't tried to mail us notification that maintainance check was due, she said that was rude and refused to deal with us. My neighbour needs a new furnace & I was going to recommend Advanced Air before we had these problems but now, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If this guy wants to stay in business, he really needs to replace his receptionist, who is the first line of contact for any business! She is destroying his reputation and his business! He needs to hire a person with far more empathy and knowledge of dealing with the public before they become welfare cases!
