Mermaid Pools installed our pool in 1996. They did a beautiful job. Since then they have opened a closed it every year. We have had a new liner and new motor throughout the years. With every visit they arrived at scheduled time, were efficient, explained repairs. The technicians were always helpful and patient. Prices and rates were very fair. When I have questions they have always taken time to explain what to do or explained rates for technicians. When a problem was not my fault they refunded charges. We believe this company provides fair honest prices, efficient service and knowledgeable technicians that go out of their way to provide the best service possible at the busiest time of year for them.
