Financing through gov funded "homeworks" contractor good, quick efficient... all the work was done in about 3 days. Friendly guys, willing to explain as they worked, nice to the kids. Dealt mostly with salesperson Mark, liked the owner better though. Some time lag in contacting them since they're not in the same town as us, though I understand they have a local rep now. We're very happy with our new windows, made a big difference in the warmth of our home. Follow up was good, the new local rep came by and realized that the furnace guy hadn't finished a bit of drywalling, so he grabbed his tools and finished it himself, right there on the spot.

The handyman they sent was 'one of their best' He DID do a great job and was friendly, even with the kids... but a little forgetful, he left behind some of his tools, I contacted the company to let them know, but no-one ever came by to pick them up...

I understand in our area that getting a contractor in to do anything takes a long time, our job was small, so it was hard for them to fit us in, however, they did come by and do a temporary patch until they could come and replace the whole roof, which we really appreciated, customer service top notch!
