I had a gas fireplace installed by Rocco at Premiere 2 yrs ago. Only now that I’ve recently experienced a terrible Contractor do I realize how wonderful Premiere was. I had bought a rustic but beautifully carved antique mirror frame and asked if they could incorporate it into the front of the mantel box to frame the fireplace. Not only did they accept this challenge, they did an amazing job, refinishing the wood so all the details were highlighted and matching the frame up with the box so it became one piece. When I was anxious, Rocco invited me to the showroom where I could see his crew at work. He personally delivered the fireplace himself and supervised the fireplace installation. All work was done on time, as promised. I love my fireplace .... it’s a one of a kind and the focal point of my small living room.

Renato came in with the lowest quote for replacing my 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. But that didn't mean he offered less in knowledge, expertise or professionalism. He was very particular about ensuring I had the best equipment for the size of my house, checking a 2nd time with a colleague. He accommodated my request that there be enough room at the side of the house for traffic flow once the air conditioner was installed. He kept to his schedule and communicated frequently. My rental Reliance water tank developed an internal leak which caused extensive flooding in my finished basement. While insurance covered the damage, I was out $500 deductible. Reliance would not accept responsibility, though they failed to provide a reliable quality product. under the Consumer Protection Act. Customer service would not return my calls and reps were belligerent. Users beware. I have now changed companies, and the new company's customer service to date has been A LOT better.
