New roof shingles and rebuild of deteriorated roof
I would highly recommend Done Right Roofing. From the moment that I requested an appraisal to the final product. They were on time and very detailed with reviewing the condition of the roof and very professional. I am a big fan of electronic information and the email coorespondance was top notch along with the phone calls to arrange. Installation was great - even with part of my roof with skylights that was unfortunately moldy and rotted, Done Right showed me the physical issues and they were able to rebuild the roof and make it better than how the house was built and causing the same problem in a few years. Even with the unexpected cost due to rot, I was more than happy with Done Rights approach and ability to address the issue quickly and efficiently with quality work. June was a rainy month and had no more leaky roof issues! Being a part time realtor, I will recommend Done Right everytime for my clients.

It's great to hear that you felt you were always informed of what was happening. When the issue of mold and rot comes up it sure can raise the price. Our policy is to make sure the homeowner is not aware but okay with costs involved before we go forward with the work so there’s no surprises.
