Blaine came to evaluate several trees at our new-to-us home. He was extremely thorough, took the time to educate us as to why/why not certain work was recommended/required, gave tips as to things we could do ourselves to save money, AND provided tips as to where we could purchase things like fertilizer, etc. to again save ourselves some money. Blaine turned a $1500 quote from another large arborist company into a $185 pruning job. We'll definitely be using his services for that job, as so appreciate the knowledge he shared, and his honesty. It was incredibly refreshing to have someone provide educational, honest info rather than just pad their wallet.

I can't say enough about the positive experience we had with Ken and his team from South Peak, to re-shingle our roof and replace our skylight. Ken was beyond helpful with product recommendations, cost-saving tips, and logistical challenges (i.e. where to put the garbage bin when you have new sod?). Then his crew came in and not only did an excellent shingling job, but rectified some outstanding issues: missing vents and rotting plywood! Right from the first meeting to the clean-up of the very last nail, Ken and his crew delivered top notch service in a friendly, helpful manner. It was customer service at it's finest, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jose Zepeda is owner/operator, and was a delight to work with. He provided us with a fair quote, and took great lengths to ensure our job was done meticulously. He not only had to paint all of our trim, doors, window casings, etc., but then spray painted them to ensure a professional finish. We then had him come back to paint the walls. Any issues we had were incredibly minor...and he still took the time to come back and fix them to our satisfaction the very next day. I would highly recommend his work, and will use him again should the need arise.

Tiernan Bohan was referred to us by a co-worker. They had had good experience with him, and I am happy to report we did as well. He was quick to return my initial message; listened to my description of the problem; based on that suggested we did not need to buy a new fridge, but could quite simply and cost-effectively fix our current fridge; and then was to our home the next morning with needed repair part in hand. Within 20 minutes our fridge was working good as new. It is a pleasure to find that "good, honest" repairmen still exist.
