We are renovating our main floor and decided it was time to move the piano to a different floor. I had originally wanted to move it to the second level family room and Richard said his company would be able to do the work. Once here, they prepared to move piano upstairs but he said that about 80-90% of people who move pianos upstairs bring them down within a year or two because the temperature causes piano to go out of tune very quickly. I asked him if it would be a problem to move it to the basement instead and they quickly adjusted their plan and calculations to make that happen. And they didn't charge me more than they originally quoted me to take it upstairs. Usually moving it to basement is more expensive. I'm very happy with the time they took in preparing the piano and stairs to do such a delicate move. Thank you Richard.

Kevin at Beacon Hill Future Shop is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to appliances. I basically knew what I was looking for in a fridge and stove and he took plenty of time to explain the pros and cons of both items and the brand. I shopped around at a few different appliance stores and he was able to beat the lowest price I had from the competitor. He was also able to give us a discount on the extended warranty. I heard their ad on the radio for exotic hardwoods on sale. We really wanted hardwood but had a limited budget. Jay showed me their #2 grade hardwood and explained the differences between that and the #1 grade. The #2 grade definitely fit our budget, but he explained that we needed to be prepared for some imperfections and flaws with this type of product (Isn't that what life is full of?). We were prepared to purchase a few extra boxes if needed. However the installers were able to use a good portion of what we purchased so we didn't need any extra boxes. In fact, we have one box left unopened which we'll hang on to in case of emergency. We are very happy with the service and product we received from Hardwood Direct and will not hesitate to recommend them for great flooring.

To start with, Todd's estimate was the most accurate according to our calculations of the square footage. That speaks to us that he has a very high level of integrity and honesty. He also gave us a realistic idea of what to expect with the type of flooring we chose before they started the install. They (Todd and Andrew) completed the install in 3 days and did an amazing job. They were exceptionally organized and kept the area very clean given the type of work it was. We are very happy with our new flooring and would not hesitate to recommend Masterpiece for hardwood installations. Thanks Todd!
