We needed to replace our furnace and opted to add an A/C unit at the same time. Dave and the crew came over right away to check it out and give me an estimate, and then booked to do the work when it was convenient for me - and within a very short time! The crew was great especially considering that we had other Reno folks in working on a different area of the basement at the same time. The A/C was completely worth it, especially since my husband works outside in the heat all summer. We love the new furnace too, way quieter and much more efficient than the last model. Dave made sure we knew our options and recommended the right type / size of units for our house and needs. I would (and have) recommended this company to friends and family. They'd even went the extra mile to make sure I knew which way to place filters, how to take care of the A/C unit, and even made sure I registered the products to activate the warranties.
