What a fantastic moving company. Nothing broken, no walls or doors dented. Everything thing moved with great care, consideration and courtesy. James Manfron the inspector did a very thorough job on the house we bought last year. His price was better than other inspectors we looked up. He spent at least 3 hours inspecting, and provided a comprehensive report outlining all the deficiencies, none of which were deal-breakers.
This is a great option for storage because you can drive right up to the container and move things in and out easily. The price is right and more convenient that having to carry your items around a warehouse to your locker. We paid about $200 per month for a large container that fits about a 1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture, etc.
I was very satisfied with this company. The inspector came and did a very thorough inspection, giving good advice on how to improve our home's efficiency. He was very helpful when I contacted him several times after the inspection with follow-up questions. He helped us maximize our government grant.
We hired Mid-west to move us from Vancouver to Calgary last year because their price was lower than other companies we got quotes from. They also provided a free month of storage which came in handy. Some items were broken in the move but maybe that's typical in any move, so I'm going to recommend Midwest based on their competitive prices.
