Ross was great and arrived when he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. He noticed our garage door handle was lose leading into our house and fixed it. People don’t do things “just because” anymore so was so appreciative and impressed. Super guy and we love our new system. We called around for quite a few quotes and what set them apart is when my husband spoke to GVA is they explained their product and made us understand what was different from the one we had so it we were able to make an informed decision. Customer Service DOES still exist!! Had a staircase, landing, 4 bedrooms, and a walk-in closet done for $175. Amazing price and he even did a few stains down stairs for me as well as well as a rug in our entry way that I didn't even ask him to do. The carpets were only 18 months old, but I have 3 kids under 4 so there was everything from drool, baby spit-up, a couple spills of lotion, liquid Tylenol and who knows what else from not so easy toilet training days and everything came out and they look brand new. I was shocked how everything came out and looked so great. Also had a brown glass hurricane lantern that shattered and stained the carpet and it all came out too. No chemical smell or really any smell at all. Immaculate job and the nicest guy who explained everything and if you are concerned or interested about the chemicals or scents used in cleaners from other carpet cleaners he explains it wonderfully and I would never use anyone but Mother n Son. He's professional, goes above and beyond, so so reasonable and the result is a 10/10. He put the heavy stuff back with foam risers underneath and things I would have never ever expected him to lift or move were cleaned underneath and placed with things underneath until it dried. So nice to give business to a local family run business with the same equipment as the big guys, but who use the cleaners we all want in our home for our families. Can't say enough about them!!

We had Pure Painters paint 6 rooms in our brand new home and a few accent walls including our 20 foot wall above the fireplace. The two men who did the painting were so nice and professional and felt 100% comfortable leaving them to do the work while I wasn't home. They showed up at the exact time they said they would, very nice guys, professional looking and very happy to have them accommodate on such short notice. Great customer service which is hard to find these days! The painting job was flawless - absolutely perfect, and having moved into a brand new home of course we were worried about the quality. They could not have done a better job - even one of the builder supervisors had come by to check on a problem with our house in one of the bedrooms and actually commented on how good the paint job was and asked who we had do the job. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Pure Painters to anyone who is looking for a stress free, reliable and flawless painting experience! Michelle Z.

Irene, (I call her our Colour Godess) was absolutely amazing!! We moved into a brand new home in Coquitlam with no paint on any wall and she nailed our tastes as well as talked us out of spending thousands more having the entire house done and just concentrate on certain accent walls and carrying the colour through. We are so thrilled with the outcome of the bedrooms, bathrooms and the main Colour carried throughout our home. She is patient and really listens to what your tastes are and takes her time with you. So nice and just could not be happier with the Colour choices in our home. Amazingly talented and sure has the designer eye for what looks good. Would recommend her to anyone and it was the best money we spent as it saved us from making mistakes with choosing and matching ourselves.
