Had a good experience with the sales process, installing the unit was a bit tricky and the technician ran into some issues but he took his time to fix everything before he left. I had an error message on the app and he took the time to call the manufacturer and resolve the issue which was very impressive.

Very reasonable price. the service technician was very knowledgeable and he showed up on time which is very important. Installation was fast and he even did extra tasks that we did not request; like connecting fridge water line to filtered water. Excellent customer service, I would definitely use them again in future.
