We hired Sandro in 2018 to modernize and renovate ~1,000 square feet upstairs, plus hallway, and bathroom downstairs. At the time, we'd received a number of quotes, and Sandro's was most specific and thought out. As with any complex project, we had to tweak the requirements along the way, but overall it was as surprise-free as can be reasonably expected. We've learned a lot about the process, and Sandro has been instrumental in helping us plan, and execute from beginning to end. I would not hesitate recommending Sandro for any and all renovations needs you may have.

I had noticed water dripping through one of the pot lights during the recent storm, and had phoned around with a desperate plea for help. Gena was on site 30 minutes later, examined the roof around a skylight, explained the problem to me with pictures, and proposed a fix. I was very grateful for a quick resolution at a price that didn't break the bank. Gena went above and beyond with in-person follow up later that same day, and by texts the day after. Shows great care for the work, and customer happiness. I would use Nika Roofing again without a doubt!

I was needing a rare mid-winter roof and gutter cleaning, after a number of windy days in the past few months. This was my first time using A Glass Act, and I couldn't be happier. The quote was timely, and reasonable. The crew was here exactly as promised, and went above and beyond not just cleaning the roof and gutters, but also leaving no trace of debris around the house. You can't go wrong with their approach to quality work.

Jafar is a true professional and you won't go wrong giving him a call for all your heating/fireplace needs. We needed to get a furnace replaced/upgraded, and were considering removing an old, non-functioning gas fireplace from the recreation room. Upon the initial visit, he'd walked me through the detailed plan of replacing the furnace with a new, high-efficiency model, but also had gone out of his way to convince me to fix up and keep the gas fireplace, not because it would net him a higher fee (it did not), but because it would be the right thing for us to do as a family. Initial quotes were timely (same day!), exactly as promised, and he patiently went back and forth with me as we explored a couple of different options for furnaces and filter boxes until I had all the answers I needed. Install went as smoothly as one could ask for, everything was done to perfection, Jafar and his colleague took whatever time was needed to do things properly and not rush things along. When all was said and done it was a 12 hour day, but the city inspector gave them top marks the day after, and that's all one can ask for when it comes to things like gas powered appliances in a household. Final invoice was exactly as quoted, and I will definitely be calling Jafar for all our future heating/fireplace/gas needs. Thank you!

Our 8 year old John Wood water tank failed, and we needed a prompt, quality replacement on a very short notice, as it's a tad inconvenient having no hot water for a family of four. Speaking with Mehmet on the phone, he explained all our options with regards to also wanting to get a larger volume tank this time (we wanted 50 gal at least), quoted an extremely competitive price (he was the third call for me that day), and scheduled a visit for 8:30am the following morning. He and his colleague shower up right on time, got to work on removing the old tank, installing a new one in its place, and about 90 minutes later we had a new tank filling up and firing. Their work ethic is top notch, and they use all the modern tools to keep things efficient. Viega fittings system, in particular, I found quite fascinating personally. I am definitely going to be calling up Mehmet for all our future needs. Thanks.

As a potential buyer on a 30 year old house, I needed not just an inspection for the sake of having one, but an honest opinion. Chris delivered both, in spades, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. No nonsense guy, tells you how he sees it, no sugar coating, but no scare tactics either, only professional opinion with experience to back it up. Seeing him work is a treat, even for a slightly obsessive compulsive guy like myself. He's got a system, and he's thorough, ours took just about 4 hours start to finish. I showed up 20 minutes early at the property, and he was already up on the roof, doing his thing, what more can you ask for? I always felt welcomed to participate in the inspection process as much or as little as I liked. He always treated me with respect, and was never bothered by silliest questions, true professional. The icing on the cake is the report itself. I kid you not, mine was 68 pages long, for a 2,000 square foot property, but it's 68 pages of detailed, and illustrated inventory of everything that is either right or wrong. Delivered right on time the next morning, it is a report forming the basis of my 3/6/12/24-month plan of remediation and maintenance to ensure the home serves our family for the years to come. Long story short, just give Chris a call, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't have been happier overall with the quality (and value!) of the service these guys provided. They were on time, courteous, had all the right supplies and know-how. I would recommend requesting a three-man crew as it makes things go so much smoother, especially when an elevator is involved. All in all, all of the other reviews are true, you can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended!
