My sales rep was fantastic. Gave me a great price The installers were here right on time, I were very quick and efficient would definitely order from Canadian appliance source again!!

We had Rubber-Deck install this product on our concrete patio and around our pool 5 years ago. We were promised that this was the answer to our ugly concrete issues. Rubber Deck has had to come back twice to patch a bunch of spots that came off and then finally we had to remove it all and have it redone. The Rubber Deck crew removed 70% of the patio and left the last of it for us to remove ourselves. After 3 weeks we finally had it all removed and prepared the patio for the new application (at our expense). This year we have many spots again where it is coming off (in different areas than before) but worst of all the rubber chips on the entire patio (1000 sf) are loose and stick to our feet when we walk. We have rubber chips all through our house and in our pool. I’ve reached out to Rubber Deck and asked if he would bring me the product to patch and reseal the patio myself since he’s complained that this is costing him money. He’s refused. He’s told me that the 10 year warranty is pro rated on the product and the labour only has 1 year warranty. Certainly doesn’t state that on the website and was not revealed in his sales pitch. In fact he boasted about the warranty in his pitch. He made many promises that he refuses to keep. We were told that this product will stick to the bottom of a boat or to a tree and never come off and yet it’s coming off our patio. It’s disappointing after spending so much money to have this done and it’s embarrassing when people come over and constantly ask “what’s wrong with you patio?” I have reached out to Rubber Deck only to receive a very rude email in return. There appears to be several rubber decking companies out there. I strongly suggest you choose one of the others!!!!
