This was not the first time John had performed a house inspection for me. As usual, a very complete, easy to follow list of items that need attention. This kind of report is very helpful when you are buying a home and want to see past the staging and the painting. I have suggested John to my friends in the past and I know many of them, like myself, have used John even to inspect new homes. It is certainly a great peace of mind to know that above the ceiling, behind the drywall, under the floor and other unseen areas where "good enough" can easily replace the expert attention you believe your house always deserves.
