Mattress is sagging terribly after 6 months. I took a photo to the Broadway store where I bought it. People there said it clearly looked like a defect, and gave me the customer service number. Said there would be no problem, and I didn't even have to buy the same brand. "Just sleep on it one more night and we'll take care of it" Hah! Customer service are nothing but well trianed excuse making @#%&%#. Looks like I'll be tossing it out and buying over. ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!. Don't buy Sleep Country! Ever!

What could this company do to improve their services?
Act like they owe the customer a decent product after the sale instead of just before and up till they get the money in their grubby little hands.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Research the best brands and models independently. Don't rely on the fake expertese of a store salesman. Buy direct from the manufacturer if possible.
