My intention here is to make yet more obvious why the experience of hundreds of reviewers before me have inspired such universal acclaim for the work of Dave Marcotte Foundations. Last winter, one early morning during a thaw, I heard water running somewhere in the basement. Knowing I had not left a tap open, I feared the worst and the worst was soon realized. Water was pouring through two of my window casements into my finished basement. During the protracted cleanup, mould was discovered on the subfloor so, in addition to the leaking windows, the foundation itself must have been leaking water behind the drywall, under the rug and onto the subfloor for perhaps a number of years. I would need a company well-experienced in foundation and sump-pump rehabilitation. Also needed: four window wells. Dave Marcotte Foundations was the last of the companies from whom an estimate was requested. Dave's was by far the highest-rated company but his estimate was more than reasonable compared to those of others and so I committed to Dave with a modest down payment. The only downside in doing so was that I was also committing to a rather long wait before the work could find a place in his schedule. (It should go without saying that Dave's hard-earned, solid reputation has left him much-in-demand.) I didn't mind in the least waiting for work from a company who had inspired such confidence. The crew of 5 guys showed up the first week in September 2019 and the work was finished within 4 days. The work order had been detailed and every point on it was satisfied completely before his crew pulled out. Even if you've never had such work done, digging up a foundation is understood to be disruptive and possibly chaotic. Dave's workers were focused, systematic, and disciplined throughout, minimizing disruption. After the work was completed, the site was left in pristine condition, and I must admit, much better than they'd found it. As should by now be clear, my endorsement of Dave Marcotte Foundations is as full-throated and whole-hearted as I can possibly make it. Concrete Fusion provided an exemplary product with equally exemplary service. They were impressively precise in and attentive to the smallest detail throughout. The only downside is that, now, I have a garage floor so beautiful that it saddens me to have to park on it. I might just move out of my house and into the space they so beautifully finished. Also, clean-up was equally scrupulous.

My salesman Mathieu Laquerre was both knowledgeable and affable. A very easy person to deal with, sensitive to my needs as I prepared to part with, for me, a good chunk of change. Also, the best prices in town for each of the three appliances I purchased. Mathieu was also very effective in post-sale follow-up, arranging for the installation of my dishwasher and the delivery of all three pieces. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and Mathieu to anyone thinking of making a purchase.

The product seems quite high quality, installation was completed very professionally. Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs lived up to "Homestars Best of 11" reputation, hard earned and well deserved in 2011 (and 2012 too!)
