This is the third time I have worked with Bill. He stepped in to finish off a job another contractor screwed up. Bill is a great communicator calling every day to provide updates and timelines. His teams clean up and work very well with the homeowner. I would use Bill for my next project.

Hadn't work with Bill before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very impressed with a number of things. #1 - Communication. Bill provides constant updates on progress and any issues. #2 - Timing. Started on time and finished on time. #3 - Client Input. Work would not progress if there was input required from myself vs the contractor making decisions I would regret. #4 - Value for money. I found Bill's pricing fair and reasonable. Extras I added were reasonably charged. I have now recommended Bill to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

Working with Nicolette was a wonderfully collaborative process. I was able to give her my goals and the sense of feel that I was trying to create, and her design accomplished everything I was hoping for. I now have my own oasis in the City
