After a brief description of the issue over the telephone the guys arrived prepared with preliminary diagnosis, conducted testing and replaced the faulty components of a 25yr old unit with great efficiency and professionalism. My parents are very pleased with the service and the budget-friendly solution. I have already scheduled this company to fix my condo's A/C unit. Very happy with the service - highly recommend.
