The worst experience I have ever had. He took our money and never showed. No texts. No response. We have been without a bathroom for 4 weeks. Never returns my calls. It is so sad that someone who rip off families and leave people in a lurch. The floor is lifting not even stuck. He acted like he was shocked by coming back but then vanished. The grout is all cracked and we have had to gut the entire bathroom.
