I am very satisfied with the service that I received. From helping me to choose the stone to the hardworking and professional installers. Both Shannon and Amam went beyond the norm in making sure I was satisfied. They even did a second remeasure after I made changes and guaranteed the same installation date. Couldn't complain about the price either, very reasonable. I would recommend Elements of Stone in a heartbeat and give them a 10/10 rating. I'll post pictures once my cupboard doors are installed. My central air system wasn't cooling efficiently. I called a service person from another company who was very quick to say it needed gas and it would caost me $120.00 and he could come right away to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion and called 2 other places both just quoted methe costof having the service person out to see what the problem was. The third place i called was JCJ, I spoke with John who told me he did not want me to waste any money. He gave me specific instructions to check the unit, filters, ect and to call him back. I called him back and he took the time to walk me through checking the physical appearance of the unit and the pipes. He instructed me to wash the unit. it is now working much better. He was a truly honest, patient, and knowledgeable person. It wasn't all about the money. I have kept JCJ's number if i ever need someone for repairs, I will not hesitate to call them. It is hard to find trustworthy service people ,but hewasan exception. Thanks again John.
