In building my new home I had no previous experience with the process and/or appropriate terminology. Mark was 100% approachable and kept me informed throughout the entirety of his work. He maintained communication with my other contractors to keep the project as a whole on time. His advising was clear and his projections were always on! Thankful for such a great experience for which I was very nervous.
