If you're looking for how NOT to run a business, I'm sure you can get a lot of tips from Eagle's Touch. It has been such a nightmare and time waster trying to redeem my Deal Find voucher! The company is almost impossible to get through to on the phone, and when I finally had a date booked, they called afterwards to cancel. I then re-booked, only to have them not show up! If you do actually get through on the phone, the woman is rude and ignorant. Such a brutal company, I hope I can get my money back from Deal find!
